Anita Gigovskaya

Anita Gigovskaya joined Condé Nast in 1998, as a personal assistant to Vogue’s editor-in-chief, Alena Doletskaya. Further she worked as a Managing Editor at Vogue, Editor-at-large at AD (Architectural Digest). Anita created and headed Condé Nast’s Marketing department, and prepared the launch of Glamour Russia in this position, one of the most successful magazine launches in Russian history. From 2006 to 2009 Anita Gigovskaya worked as a publisher of Elle group of magazines at Hachette Filipacchi Schkulev, and returned to Conde Nast in 2009 to head the Digital department, where she was responsible for new media development.

Since March 24. 2011 Anita appointed Vice President and Commercial Director of Condé Nast Russia Anita graduated from Faculty of Arts and Applied Sciences, Moscow State Linguistic University in 1996. She has a Master of Arts degree in Political Science from Manchester University in partnership with the Academy of National Economy of Russia.

Alex leads McKinsey’s marketing and sales work in Eastern Europe, CIS, Middle East, Turkey and Africa, and retail, consumer goods and pharmaceutical work in Russia and the CIS. Before joining McKinsey, Alex worked with international private equity funds in Eastern Europe and ran operations for the L’Oreal Group. He holds BSc degree in Computer Science (magna cum laude) and MBA from INSEAD (with distinction).

Igor Chapurin

DESIGNER

Igor Chapurin was born in a Belorussian town of Velikiye Luki. After having graduated a secondary school he entered the Vitebsk Technological Institute where he specialized in womens clothing design. Winning the Nina Ricci Young Designer Contest in Paris shortly after completing his studies was Igor’s professional startup. His first collection «To Russia with Love» was shown 1995 in a legendary Moscow Hotel Metropol and brought him general recognition. 1996 to 1998, taking a personal invitation of Princess Irene Galitzine Igor Chapurin designed the first line for the Italian fashion house Galitzine.

Year 1998 proved to become a turning point in Igor Chapurin’s career as many thrilling events happened. His ‘Chapurin-99’ collection got a Golden Mannequin - the highest award of the Russian High Fashion Association. The designer became a full member of the Association. He received Harper’s Bazaar award in ‘Style’ nomination. That year brought Igor a first experience in a stage design as he created costumes for a renowned Russian director Oleg Menshikov’s production ‘The Woes of Wit’ by a writer Nikolay Gogol. Same year saw opening of Chapurin’s own boutique in downtown Moscow thus marking a beginning of the brand CHAPURIN. Over the next several years CHAPURIN expanded its presence as a brand in Moscow and many Russian regions as well as started selling abroad. Clothing under CHAPURIN label was from now on to be seen in many Western and Asian glossy magazines and to be purchased in many multi-brand boutiques across Europe and Asia. Igor Chapurin became recognition as a talented and trendy theater designer. He is the only Russian fashion designer to have the honor to collaborate with the world-famous Bolshoi.

2004 for the Athens Olympics Igor Chapurin together with Swarovski successfully created costumes for Russian Olympic champions in artistic gymnastics Alina Kabaeva and Irina Chashina. 2005 landmarked Igor Chapurin’s first show in the official calendar of the Paris prêt-a-porter Fashion Week which brought him prompt international recognition and world name. In recent years Igor Chapurin has been awarded with a number of prizes for his achievements in fashion. Russian GQ 2005 Designer of the Year, 2007 ELLE Style Award, 2010 World Fashion Channel Best Designer award are only a few among many others. Igor Chapurin’s works today include seasonal prêt-a- porter and yearly haute couture collections, accessories and jewelry lines, bed linen collections, limited editions for own boutique in Moscow’s GUM on Red Square, special American collections and capsule collections for local mass-market brands. The designer continues his successful collaboration with Bolshoi as well as engages himself in a whole number of exciting Russian and international fashion and art projects.

Today SIU System actively integrates innovative solutions in the field of 3D-technologies into aerospace industry, art, engineering, medicine, dentistry and other spheres. Since 2017 company has been developing in the US and this year launches the localization of innovative metal 3D printers InnsTek in Russia.

Graduated from Faculty of Physics and Faculty of Public Administration of Moscow State University. Also graduated from University Lyon 1 with a degree in nuclear physics and management.

Vadim Rogovskiy

3DLOOK, CEO AND CO-FOUNDER

Vadim Rogovskiy started his first real business at the age of 18. He got the experience of running a web design studio, a game development company, an e-commerce apparel store and a few other companies before he focused on ad tech industry and launched Clickburner in 2010 (which later became Clickky) and AdCenter in 2011. Then he successfully sold AdCenter to VertaMedia in 2014. Clickky has grown more than 20 times during the last 5 years and was rated 11th fastest growing company in Europe according to INC5000 rating, and also got Gold Stevie Award as one of the fastest growing ad tech companies. Also, Vadim started to make pre-seed investments into startups since 2012, and since May 2016 he has become a CEO and Co-founder of 3DLOOK. Vadim is a contributor at Forbes Technology council. 3DLOOK has built 2 innovative solutions for the apparel manufacturing and retail industry, and is already cooperating with some of the biggest retail companies and fashion brands.

Edgar Shabanov

CLARINS GROUP RUSSIA, CEO

Edgar Shabanov started his career in The Coca-Cola Company in the United States and changed several positions over eight years. In 2002 he was appointed Finance Director at Russian Standard. In 2003, he took up the same position at The Sputnik Group where he worked until 2005. For the next six years he was Finance Director at LVMH. Since 2011, Edgar Shabanov has been CEO of Clarins Group Russia. Born in Riga, Shabanov graduated from the Russian People’s Friendship University. In 1994, he got an MBA from the University of South Carolina.

Marina Berezina

Marina Berezina graduated from the Russian People’s Friendship University with a degree in public relations. In 2007, she joined the Progression Group advertising agency as account manager. In 2010, she was appointed marketing specialist at Sollers. In 2011-2012 she coordinated BTL projects at Nissan Russia. Between 2013 and 2016 she was BTL Manager at Volkswagen Russia. In 2016, Marina Berezina became a digital marketing manager at Clarins Group Russia where she works until today. In 2017 she was appointed Head of e-commerce and digital marketing.

Irina Apeksimova

Russian actress of theater and cinema, the head of the Taganka Theater

Graduated from the Moscow Art Theater School (workshop of OP Tabakov) and joined the Moscow Art Theater where she worked for 10 years. In 2013, Irina Apeksimova was the author of the idea and producer of the open air theatrical art "Theatrical March", which became regular. Since March 2015 she is the head of the Taganka Theater.

October 1, 2015 at the Taganka Theater started the experimental director's laboratory "Rehearsals", the idea of ​​creation of which belongs to Irina Apeksimova. In June 2016 the project received the "Project of the Year" award. The musical "Sweeney Todd", created within the framework of the project, had a resounding success and nominated for 5 "Golden Mask" awards.At the moment, the Moscow Theater on Taganka is the first to implement the project "VRTicket.", which will allow you through the internet connection, feel like a full-fledged spectator, anywhere in the world.

Wolfgang Blau

President, Condé Nast International

Wolfgang Blau became President of Condé Nast International on August 2017 in a move aimed at bringing digital authority to the heart of the organization’s leadership. Since December 2015 Blau has been Chief Digital Officer of Condé Nast International. Previously he served as Executive Director of Digital Strategy for The Guardian group. Blau is a career journalist who was named Chief Editor of the Year in Germany as Editor of Zeit Online. "Wolfgang Blau is a rare executive who can combine digital mastery with the journalistic talent and experience needed to redefine excellence in the digital age. He is the ideal person to drive Condé Nast International’s growth," said Newhouse.

James’s career in Media, Creative and Digital Agencies has spanned more than 25 years and crossed three continents. Alongside almost a decade in both Moscow and London, he spent eight years in Shanghai, Bangkok and Santiago. With a wide-ranging client experience and strong track record in luxury (including LVMH in Russia, Burberry in China and Harrods in the UK), James’s role as Chief Growth Officer incorporates both internal and external aspects of the development of the ADV Group. He has spoken at numerous events worldwide and hosted his company’s Future of Media conference now in its eighth year. He enjoys writing, fine wine and playing football.

Lilia Nurutdinova

Lilia Nurutdinova gained a diverse marketing and media experience working since early 2000s in leading Media agencies, Publishers and Retail marketing departments, for both FMCG and exclusive niche brands. Latest 6 years on the position of Group Account Director at Havas Media Lilia is focusing on luxury segment working on the leading luxury holding LVMH (brands Louis Vuitton, Dior, Givenchy, Bulgari and others). Having a deep luxury expertise she participates as an active speaker in industrial conferences and workshops. Since 2013 Lilia is a lecturer at RGGU.

Nicolas Roope

Nicolas has always looked beyond industry rhetoric to the inspiring truths of networked media and design; this passion driving his career in the business spanning the last twenty years. Nicolas founded Poke, Antirom, Plumen and The Lovie Awards, all companies of note and all influential and innovative in their respective fields. These endeavours have each been recognised by international industry awards and critical acclaim.As creative partner and co-founder of Poke, now part of the Publicis Network, Nicolas leads the Global Digital account for Heineken, was in the core EE brand launch team and led digital ecosystem creation projects for Mulberry, Ted Baker, Lonely Planet, Skype, Virgin Voyages, Top Gear and Topshop.

Nicolas was appointed member of the Academy of Digital Arts and Sciences in 2006. He is the co- founder and jury chair of The Lovie Awards, the pan-European award for outstanding achievement in the digital world, sister awards to the Webby’s in the US. Nicolas joined the Tech City Advisory board to the UK Government in 2012, attending regular meetings at Number 10 Downing Street. He is also on the advisory board of Mubi, a global independent-cinema on-demand startup. Nicolas is also cofounder and creative director of designer efficient lighting brand Plumen, a company that now sells in over 75 markets. The Plumen 001 bulb design has been recognized by the MoMA, Cooper-Hewitt and V&A permanent design collections and has picked up some of the world’s most coveted design awards.

Ofir Eyal

Ofir Eyal is Viber's VP Product since 2014. The product group overseas all of the company's product management, user experience, content, branding, product marketing, localization and Viber's famous sticker production. Viber's unique market position and competitive landscape pushes the product team to find creative and effective solutions that will support the continued growth of the Viber's massive user base as well as revenue products, "employees in our team must consistently demonstrate problem solving skills and out-of-the-box thinking that has become part of our culture".

Ofir has 18 years of industry experience and prior to Viber he was part of Citibank's Innovation Center in Tel-Aviv and was responsible for the bank's award winning institutional mobile trading platform. Prior to Citi, Ofir held various positions in tech companies ranging from financial startups such as SuperDerivaties and enterprises such as Comverse and Computer Associates.

George Held

Chief Digital Officer, VimpelCom (Beeline)

Before joining VimpelCom, George Held was vice president for mobile commerce at Etisalat responsible for implementation, integration and development of digital products in the Middle East, Asia and Africa. Earlier, he held managerial positions at Airtel, Zain, Celtel and Tele2. George also had some working experience in Russia. Between 1997 and 2001, he was Tele2 commercial director in the Ural regions.

George is a winner of many awards in the industry for innovation, including GSMA Global Mobile Awards, Global Telecom Innovation Awards and FT/IFC special commendation.

He graduated from the St. Petersburg Institute of Technology, studied at Harvard Business School and MIT.

Leonid Litvin

VICE PRESIDENT, ENGINEERING, PULSEPOINT

Leonid has been building real-time ad serving software for nearly 12 years. He started his advertising technology career at ContextWeb and continued on when it was acquired by PulsePoint. Leonid joined Contextweb as its first R&D engineer and moved on to working for PulsePoint’s core software engineering team, eventually leading it.  Throughout his tenure, Leonid and his team built 3 complete iterations of the PulsePoint ad serving stack.  He currently leads software engineering at PulsePoint ensuring that its advertising exchange stays on the cutting edge of innovation. Prior to ContextWeb, Leonid co-founded SCaNspect, a start-up that specialized in web page contextualization.

Leonid is an active participant in the IAB Tech Lab and its many working groups, having collaborated on numerous contributions to the OpenRTB standard. Leonid is also a practicing attorney and an active member of the New York Bar. He has a Juris Doctor degree from Fordham University School of Law and a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from New York University.  Born in Minsk, Belarus, he lives in New York with his wife and two kids.

Founder of Polden Studio, interactive media researcher, modern presentation technology expert  In the 1990s, Dmitry graduated from the Moscow Aviation Institute. As a programmer at an aviation equipment research institute, he worked on visualizing flight simulators.  His further projects included: — pilot episode of the Kullers television show with a virtual host — television program design for NTV channel (Aqua Vita TV); — the film Birth of a Master and Yury Grymov’s ad videos; — projects including Turn Off the Lights, Kremlin Concert, The 20 Years That Shook Us (head of computer graphics, Pilot TV);   Since 2006, Dmitry has been Polden Studio Executive Producer. His team develops special effects for motion pictures (Universal Studios, Walt Disney Russia, Art Pictures Studio, Pavel Lungin Studio), publicity content and large-scale multimedia installations (Russian Helicopters, Sukhoi SuperJet, Rostec, KRET, Moscow City Government, Almaz-Antey, Kalashnikov, Tekhmash, Tekhnodinamika, Salym Petroleum, LUKoil, Beeline, MegaFon, Citroen), television studios (RT, RBC, Moskva24), museums (Russian Museum, Polytechnic Museum, Moscow Museum of Archaeology). Among the company’s high-profile projects are its own patented Noon binoculars for new virtual reality experience.

Oksana Smirnova

Oksana joined Condé Nast in 2012 as junior website editor for GQ.ru. In 2013 she was appointed senior editor for GQ.ru and was responsible for the re-launch of the website. She also cooperated with the Condé Nast Digital Day team.

In 2014, Oksana graduated from the School of Journalism at the Moscow State University. She started her career back in 2010 at Look At Me where she authored a blog on men’s fashion. She continued working on the topic at Furfur. In late 2011, she took up the social media manager role at Dozhd TV Channel.
