Igor Garanin was born on January 18, 1976, in Irkutsk. He graduated from the Moscow Linguistic University with a degree in translation. In 2003-2005, he was in charge of the men’s department at Monomarka Bosco (Bosco di Ciliegi) and a chief men’s buyer at Kenzo, Hugo Boss, Corneliani and Francesco Smalto. Garanin joined Condé Nast Russia in 2006 as an editor and later was promoted to GQ fashion director. In 2014-2016, Igor Garanin was editor-in-chief at Robb Report Russia. On December 20, 2016, Igor Garanin appointed GQ Russia Editor-in-Chief and GQ Style. He fluently speaks English and Korean. He interested in dramatic theatre, opera, ballet and collecting Art Deco style objects.

Anita Gigovskaya joined Condé Nast in 1998, as a personal assistant to Vogue’s editor-in-chief, Alena Doletskaya. Further she worked as a Managing Editor at Vogue, Editor-at-large at AD (Architectural Digest). Anita created and headed Condé Nast’s Marketing department, and prepared the launch of Glamour Russia in this position, one of the most successful magazine launches in Russian history. From 2006 to 2009 Anita Gigovskaya worked as a publisher of Elle group of magazines at Hachette Filipacchi Schkulev, and returned to Conde Nast in 2009 to head the Digital department, wh ere she was responsible for new media development. Since March 24. 2011 Anita appointed Vice President and Commercial Director of Condé Nast Russia Anita graduated from Faculty of Arts and Applied Sciences, Moscow State Linguistic University in 1996. She has a Master of Arts degree in Political Science from Manchester University in partnership with the Academy of National Economy of Russia.

Dame Anna Wintour has held the position of Editor-in-Chief of Vogue since July 1988, and was named Artistic Director of Condé Nast in March 2013. During her tenure at Condé Nast, Ms. Wintour has been actively involved in philanthropic fundraising, particularly for the Metropolitan Museum of Art's Costume Institute, for which she has raised more than $200 million for the museum. She serves as an Elective Trustee of the institution. She is also a Founding Committee Member for the New York-Presbyterian Youth Anxiety Center, which focuses on anxiety disorders in people aged 16-28. In 2017, for her service to British journalism and fashion, Ms. Wintour was named Dame Commander (DBE) of the Order of the British Empire by Queen Elizabeth II. Jäje Johansson was born in Trollhättan Sweden on October 11, 1968. He start playing piano, clarinet and saxophones at a young age. In 1991 he moves to Stockholm to begin Art school. During the summer breaks he goes to London to work at i-D magazine. At i-D they don’t know how to pronounce his name Jäje, so they call him Jay-Jay. A nickname that later became the artist name. Jay-Jay signs a record deal with BMG Records in 1995 and the debut album “Whiskey” is released on September 2 the next year, featuring the song “So Tell the Girls that I Am Back in Town” that became an instant hit in France, Portugal and Spain. In 1998 a second album “Tattoo” is released and a European tour follows. The “Poison” world tour in 2000 ends with a sold out concert in Paris at Elysee Montmartre. After his first soundtrack “La Confusion de Genres” Jay-Jay creates an art installation called “Cosmodrome” together with Dominique Gonzalez Foerster, it starts showing in Dijon and has since then been shown at the Lyon Biennale 2002, Musée d’Art Modern in Paris 2007 and at Centre Pompidou 2015. Jay-Jay works together with The Knife on their aclaimed album “Silent Shout”. Jay-Jay is married to Laura Delicata and together they get a a son, Sixten Lou. In 2019 Jay-Jay debuts new tracks from the upcoming album ”Kings Cross” at the sold out concert in London. One of them is ”Heard Somebody Whistle”, the first single taken from the album, and the end title in the film ”Swoon”, a film where Jay-Jay makes his first acting role. About his participation in the movie he said, – “I have a small role in a big film”. Jay-Jay is also doing his second acting part, in the upcoming Netflix serie “Shadowplay”.

As the SVP of Creative Development at Condé Nast Entertainment, Sabia leads the development of digital franchises across the Conde Nast portfolio of brands. In his 5 years at the company, subscribers on YouTube have gone from 1.7 Million to 40 Million.  In addition to development, Sabia is the creator and interviewer behind Vogue’s award-winning series, “73 Questions,” which has more than 550 million views. He is also the interviewer of "Billie Eilish: Same Interview, one year later", and led the development of "Wired Autocomplete Interviews", Glamour's "You Sang my Song", Vanity Fair's "Lie Detector", Wired's "Technique Critique", W's "Celebrity ASMR" and the Bon Appetit kitchen staff formats.  In addition to making internet videos, Joe is a lover of Russian culture, learning how to read and write cyrillic at age 15, while ardently adoring Russian classical greats such as Prokofiev Rachmaninoff and Tchaikovsky. Joe is an unofficial, western ambassador to the country of Georgia, having been there 18 times in 13 years. He is also the co-owner of a documents management company in Tbilisi called DASTA.

In this position, Oliver Kempkens has overseen the largest implementation project of the world: by enabling about 22.000 people applying Design Thinking and Agile as the way to work with current and future users. Oliver Kempkens studied law, design and mediation, attended several executive trainings at Northwestern (Digital Metrics), Wharton (Annual class on Change Management), HBS (Project on Negotiation) and Stanford (Design Thinking) and currently does his doctorate at the Moscow Institute of International Affairs (MGIMO), the diplomatic school of the Ministry of Foreign affairs of the Russian Federation.
