Since 2015, she has been CEO and co-founder of the first fitness aggregator, Justbefit, that allows users to work out not only at a gym where they are members but at any other convenient venue. The app also makes sure you do not skip your workout.

Maxim has 18 years of experience in game, media and digital projects. He has worked as editor-in-chief on The Daily Telefrag, a specialized website for game developers and publishers. He also produced some game projects (Stalingrad war strategy that sold over 150,000 copies). Before 2016, he was co-founder and executive manager of the Russian Game Developers’ Conference, IgroMir, the largest interactive entertainment trade fair in Eastern Europe, and Comic Con Russia.

Tikhon Kosykh

Founder, Raketa hi-tech fitness clubs

Before 2008, Tikhon Kosykh was involved in the real estate development business and designed suburban housing and infrastructure. He joined the fitness industry in 2009 when he became managing partner at Physics fitness clubs. Within five years, the chain opened four clubs, all demonstrating an evolved concept of affordable fitness clubs. In late 2014, Tikhon decided to sell his share and left the business. In 2015, he invested in fitness IT start-ups and later founded a new chain of hi-tech fitness clubs, Raketa, with a completely new marketing approach. He was the first in the market to attract more than 330 million rubles for development of an offline fitness start-up. In January 2017, the first Raketa club opened in Moscow. Six more are planned before the end of the year.
